At Woodsman Decor, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

Order Processing

  • Standard in-stock products: Dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or customized furniture: Production time is usually 2–6 weeks, depending on design and finish.

Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

  • Domestic (within India): 7–14 business days (remote areas may take longer).

  • International orders: 30–60 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Large furniture orders are shipped via freight partners.

  • Delivery is to the shipping partner’s local warehouse near your pincode.

  • Home delivery / installation is available only on special request via email and may incur additional charges (based on location and handling requirements).

Address Changes

  • If you need to change the delivery address, please email us at support@woodsmandecor.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional courier charges.

International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs inspections and clearance.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Please record a complete unboxing video with photos or video evidence.

  • Report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@woodsmandecor.com.

  • After verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delays

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier partner issues, customs clearance, or public holidays.

  • We will inform you promptly if your order is affected.
