Terms & Conditions – Woodsman Decor

Welcome to Woodsman Decor. By purchasing from our website or placing a custom order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Orders

  • Orders placed through www.woodsmandecor.com or directly with our team are subject to these terms.
  • All products are handcrafted; slight variations in color, grain, and finish are natural and expected.
  • Orders are accepted on a first-come basis and subject to availability.

2. Payments

2.1 Website Purchases

  • 100% advance payment is required at checkout for all standard website orders.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

2.2 Custom / Project Orders

  • 50% advance is required to begin production.
  • 50% balance must be paid before dispatch, after we share final photos/videos of the completed product.

3. Taxes

  • All orders within India are subject to 18% GST, which will be added to the final invoice.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, payable by the customer.

4. Production Time

  • Production timeline is typically 20–30 working days from order confirmation and advance payment.
  • Timelines may vary slightly depending on product type and workload.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are not included in product prices and will be charged separately, based on courier weight or dimensions.
  • We offer two delivery options:
    • Pincode Delivery: Delivered to the nearest courier branch in your pincode/area. Pay courier charges at the branch when collecting the item.
    • Home Delivery: Delivered directly to your doorstep. Higher courier fees apply, and full payment including delivery charges must be cleared before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

6. Risk of Damage

  • We use premium-quality packaging to ensure products arrive safely.
  • If minor transit issues occur, we will guide you on easy fixes.
  • If the damage is significant and cannot be repaired, we will replace the item completely at no additional cost.

7. Custom Orders

  • As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in finish or texture are natural and considered part of their uniqueness.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, and advance payments are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Website orders are non-cancellable once payment is made.
  • For project/custom orders, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable (e.g. major damage claims), will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

9. Governing Law

  • All transactions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

10. Updates to Terms

  • Woodsman Decor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • Changes will take effect upon posting on this website.
